Zeta Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026 · Updated October 11, 2026: added resume drop

Zeta is an iOS app for practicing mental math: a blocker that asks for a quick arithmetic round before apps you choose, timed Zeta Runs, events, and leaderboards. This page explains what Zeta collects, why, and the choices you have.

What stays on your phone

What Zeta collects when you create an account

Resume drop (optional)

Profile → Drop your resume opens a Google Form run by Zeta.

Anonymous setup analytics

During first-time setup, Zeta records anonymous steps (for example "saw result", "finished setup") under a random ID created on your device. These events never include your name, email, or account, and aren't linked to your account.

Who sees your data

Zeta doesn't sell your data and doesn't show ads.

Deleting your data

Profile → Delete account permanently deletes your account, profile, runs, school membership, and usage events, and revokes your Sign in with Apple token. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.

Deleting your account doesn't automatically delete a resume you submitted through the form. Email oscar@vystrax.com from the address you used on the form and we'll delete your response and resume file within 30 days.

Children

Zeta is meant for students 13 and older.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is shared, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
